Tone Central is an artist-producer, DJ, and A&R exploring the sounds of alternative Hip Hop, R&B, Future Beats, Edits, and Jazz Rap through meaningful collaborations and digital crate digging. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Swindle, Mura Masa, Joe Kay, and The Silhouettes Project, Tone is experienced in forming creative partnerships.

At We Out Here Festival 2023, Tone Central DJ’d in the Red Bull Artist Village for a crowd of VIPs, including UK rapper Knucks. He was later featured on Wordplay Magazine’s socials, which praised his mixing and song selection. Most notably, they loved his unique fusion of Kaytranada-style dance tracks, Amapiano, and UK/US rap.

Visual media, radio, events, and club nights have been a key part of the Tone Central brand. A multidisciplinary creative, Tone has photographed the likes of Wesley Joseph, Children of Zeus, and Nia Archives. He has directed a groundbreaking documentary featuring Rap Game S2 winner Graft, been featured on Reform Radio, and hosted numerous sold-out events at historic venues such as Hyde Park Book Club and Headrow House.

Tone Central’s highly anticipated debut studio album is scheduled for release in October 2024. The album is a collaborative effort involving a number of independent, emerging artists, musicians, and producers from the UK.
